Geiger is President of George Geiger & Associates, Inc., a property management company based in Princeton. His relationship with Christopher Jerjian dates back to 1987. Mr. Geiger was previously employed by Bowers Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lewis C. Bowers and Sons, from 1982 to 1991. Bowers, one of largest and most respected construction companies in the Princeton area, was formed in 1901 and built many of the original buildings in the Princeton Forrestal Center. It also developed the Carnegie Center. Mr. Geiger's knowledge and experience includes all facets of construction, management, maintenance, accounting, leasing, mechanical systems, and energy management as they apply to commercial office buildings.
