Our Ilford / Hainault Business Centre opened in 2019 after undergoing a very costly and very lengthy refurbishment programme.The end result is 20 luxurious office suites boasting contemporary décor with wooden floors and glass partitions providing an abundance of natural light and a touch of class to every office.All offices come fully equipped with their own independent air conditioning systems providing heating in the winter and cooling in the summer; all at the touch of a button. Tenants are in full control of the temperature in their offices. All offices come furnished with desks and chairs and are already pre-networked. All utility bills are included and we also supply a free VOIP phone to every office which comes with unlimited inbound calls and 1500 minutes worth of outbound calls to UK and selected international destinations.The internet in the center is also free for all tenants and is fed into the building via a dedicated leased line. This means we have our own fiber connection running between ourselves and the local exchange providing extra resilience, stability, and speed when browsing the net.The meeting room is free for up to 30 minutes per day for tenants. For longer bookings or for non tenants the meeting room can be hired for a mouth-watering £3 per hour including VAT!

The centre also boasts its own meeting room with state of the art "touch screen on glass" technology allowing you to project your presentations from your lap top directly on to the glass walls of the meeting room. The glass has all of the features of a mouse, only via the touch screen on the surface of the glass. Technology that is likely to impress any of your clients and attendees to any meeting that you schedule.The centre also boasts its own Business Lounge and contemporary designed Reception area providing a welcoming and waiting point for any visitor to the centre. A complimentary car park is available to tenants with unlimited 24/7 free parking available in the local streets.The centre sits within the remits of the London Borough of Redbridge, inside Hainault Business Park - directly opposite Hainault Forest Country Park; a place of resounding natural beauty.The A12 is approximately 5 minutes drive away with the M25 also within easy driving distance. Hainault station on the central line is a short bus journey away providing direct links into East London, Central London, the West End and West London.
