26 Person Enterprise Office at 256-260 Old Street, Old Street

The jewel in Old Street’s crown, with plenty of private office space to go around. Whilst the existing blue framing to the façade was arguably striking, it hasn’t stayed. The glass and steel cladding system actually hides an original 1930′s warehouse so we felt a sense of duty to bring back that character We worked with Ben Adams Architects to create a Speak Easy feel to the building. We have a bar amongst the private offices, co-working spaces (shared working spaces), meeting, event and conferencing spaces as well as a fitness studio, loads of bike storage and a screening room.

Albert House is 50 metres from Old Street Station and impossible to miss. Together with Ben Adams Architects we’ve created a speakeasy feel, with a bar in the middle of a mix of private office spaces, meeting and event rooms, as well as a fitness studio and screening room complete with deckchairs. It’s a gem of a spot, and we’re very fond of it.
