Private offices at CIC Providence can hold anywhere from 1 to 30+ people. All offices are equipped to get you working right away, from high-end furniture, wall shelves and white boards, to fiber optic internet that provides a secure and lightning fast connection. Enjoy the comfort of privacy with full access to the shared amenities and community right outside your door.
Our secure offices are move-in ready with desks and chairs for teams of any size and customizable to meet the needs of you and your team. Starting from $600 per person per month, you will have access to your own private office at CIC. This rate includes all of CIC’s shared amenities. Need to scale up or down quickly? No problem - all of our workspaces are on 30-day terms and allow you to pivot as needed.
We prioritize shared space to maximize your workspace experience and encourage collaboration. All members of CIC have access to our suite of shared amenities including: conference rooms, phone booths, printers, stocked kitchens, mailing address, podcasting studio, breakout areas, nursing room, massage room, pop-up meditations, global passport access, lounges, and more.
COWORKING
In 1999, “coworking” wasn’t a household term. It is that year that CIC became the first provider of shared office space in Cambridge’s Kendall Square (now known as the most innovative square mile on the planet) and one of the original players in the market for shared office space anywhere. In August of 2019, CIC Providence launched in the heart of the Innovation & Design District.
Entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofits, and corporations alike utilize our shared coworking space because it’s one of the best ways to plug into local networks and take advantage of the unique community that CIC has to offer. A CIC Coworking membership unites people from various backgrounds and industries where resources are shared.
The easiest way to get started! Library-style seating in an open environment, with 24/7 access to all of CIC’s shared amenities. At a rate of $300 per person/month, you will have your choice of available flexible desks in our co-working space or we can set you up with a team table for 3 or more people in a shared office for $450 per person/month.
