18 Paseo De La Castellana

NETWORKIA Colon, located on the 5th floor of Paseo de la Castellana, 18, in the Salamanca district, will open in a few months, specifically on February 1, 2025. In the first phase we will start with 800m2 and later we will expand in phase 2 to the rest of the floor, reaching 1500m2.

This means that we consolidate our position in Castellana main thrust with so far 2 centers in the areas of Cuzco and Azca and, from next year, in Colón. In the attached document you will find the floor plan and availability.
