We ordinarily have a three-stage interview process consisting of a casual phone interview, a face-to-face meeting with a manager and a face-to-face meeting with our CEO. The purpose of our interview process is so we can get to know you, you can get to us and we can both be confident moving forward that you’re a great fit for the team.
A phone chatOur HR manager will give you a call to find out a bit about you and what interested you in working with Office Hub. This stage is super casual to simply get a feel of your personality and skills, and we’ll invite you in for a face-to-face meeting if all goes well. A face-to-face meetingWe want to get to know you, so you’ll meet with either the HR manager or a line manager (depending on the role). We’ll ask more about your skills and experience and tell you all about Office Hub and the role so you get a better understanding of what we’re looking for, how we operate and our company culture. Meet the bossWe have a pretty “flat” management style – the CEO sits next to the rest of the sales team and does the same work as everyone else. So this is a chance to meet the brains behind the business and the guy who’s sat along from you – ask him anything you want and find out what he’s looking for from you!
